Ober Gatlinburg will host the Special Olympics Winter Games February 1st and 2nd.
Over 100 atheletes are to compete in Alpine skiing and snowboarding events. Opening ceremonies will be conducted January 31st, 6:30 to 7p.m. at Mills Auditorium. The public is encouraged to attend. The traditional lighting of the flame will occur Monday at 9a.m. at Ober Gatlinburg.
