Pigeon Forge Theater Waldens Landing
Pigeon Forge is well underway to having its first movie theater! Waldens Landing is working hard to ensure Pigeon Forge locals and visitors alike are able to enjoy movies by early August.
The Pigeon Forge theater feature some of the latest in 3-D and audio technology, sure to add thrills to the movie goer experience. The theater will also lift sagging sales to neighboring Waldens Landing businesses.

Pigeon Forge New American Oldies Theater
Pigeon Forge Tennessee to get another new theater this year! The American Oldies Theater, 167 E. Wears Valley Rd. Shops of Pigeon Forge Mall, will be presenting sneak preview performances on March 10th-12th, 2010. Patty Waszak will open her theater while still perfoming her morning variety show at the popular and well known Country Tonite Theater.
American Oldies Theater will feature music of the 50’s, 60’s, 70’s, and 80’s. Host of the show will be Kenny Evans, with past performances at Country Tonite, Ole Smoky Hoedown (closed), and the top local award winning Smith Family Dinner Theater. Pigeon Forge Walden Creek Landing Theater
Fire up the popcorn machine, Walden’s Creek Landing Pigeon Forge shopping center has been approved for a movie theater! Plans are to start construction next month and completion is scheduled for May, 2010. Initially there would be 5 movie screens with a possible 4 more added later.
The movie theater would be located at the back of Walden’s Landing. The theater is planned for 632 to 1,100 stadium seats and digital 3-D projection. Many locals are in high hopes this will offer the first piece of competition to Reel Theaters, Hwy 66, that until now has had none in Sevier County.

Show times are every night at 8:00pm, located in the Scream N Shout Theater at Waldens Landing. Ticket prices are $10.95 for each child (12 and under). With each paid child’s ticket one adult (13 and over) can get in FREE!!! Adult tickets may be purchased for $5 each.
